INTRO TO BLOGGING
I started blogging about my photography business when I sold my first session on Kijiji in 2011.
I started blogging about our family when I found out I was pregnant with our first, back in 2013.
Since then, I've learned a lot about writing, what it feels like to write when you think no one is reading, and how a journey is better when it's shared with those around you. This intro to blogging course is less about how to set up a header image that's 900 pixels wide, and more about how to reach an audience that matters to you, how to get your photos to appear on Google Images, and how to create content that feels authentic and meaningful for your family or business.

Here are a few frequently asked questions that may help!
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
The beginner photography workshop requires you to have a digital SLR camera, but it doesn't have to be fancy! You'll also need a charged battery and a small memory card for test shooting. For the instagram and blogging workshops, you'll only need your phone! Bring a charger just in case!
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFOREHAND?
I've had beginners in the photography workshop who hadn't even turned on their camera before the class. It really is a beginner class, and I'll get you up to speed pretty quick. We don't move forward until everyone is at the same level.
HOW DO I CONFIRM MY SEAT?
Full payment is required to confirm your seat at any workshop. As soon as you register, you'll receive the instructions for how to complete your payment and solidify your spot. The only thing that's not included with the pricing you see here is the HST!
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Although I'm not able to offer a refund on your workshop ticket, you're able to transfer your spot to someone you know. Simply provide a name and email address for who will be taking your spot, and they're all set!
